Praise be to God! I am thrilled to share yet another significant achievement on the chess board, this time as part of a collective effort. I recently competed in the First Student Activities Festival at Mansoura University, where our team secured the Silver Medal (2nd Place) in the chess category.
A Milestone Festival
This festival was a grand celebration of student talent and spirit across the entire university.
The Competition: Competing in a festival of this scale requires not only individual skill but also strong team coordination and mental resilience.
Official Recognition: It was an honor to be recognized during the award ceremony, standing alongside university leadership and my teammates to receive our prize.
Representing Pharmacy: Once again, it was a proud moment to represent the Faculty of Pharmacy and contribute to its growing reputation for excellence in intellectual sports.
A Season of Success
This silver medal comes just weeks after securing 2nd place at the faculty level, further solidifying a very successful competitive season in 2022.
Consistency: From my initial 3rd-place finish in 2020 to this team silver, the journey has been about continuous improvement and "stepping on the way" to higher goals.
Academic Balance: Achieving these results while staying deeply engaged in clinical studies and complex presentations on topics like Chronic Kidney Disease reminds me that strategic thinking applies to every part of life.
The Power of Community
The First Student Activities Festival highlighted the "treasure" of university life—the opportunity to build connections and share memories that last a lifetime. Whether it's through a laugh during a match or the shared pride of a podium finish, these are the moments that truly define our student experience.
