I am thrilled to share that I have officially entered the world of professional research metrics. As of today, I have joined the ranks of cited researchers, a significant milestone for any academic in the clinical pharmacy field.
A New Chapter in Academic Impact
Seeing my name on a formal research profile with tracking metrics is a powerful feeling.
The H-Index Milestone: I have officially achieved an H-index of 1, with my work garnering its first two citations.
Global Recognition: These citations represent the impact of my research beyond the classroom, contributing to the broader scientific dialogue.
Strategic Growth: Entering the world of research metrics is a "strange" but exciting beginning that marks the transition from being a student to a contributing professional.
A Season of Educational Leadership
This academic milestone follows a prolific summer dedicated to mentorship and scientific communication:
Conference Excellence: Just recently, I was honored with two certificates at the 13th Scientific Conference for Pharmacy Students—one for serving as an expert speaker with my workshop "Research Unlocked: Your First Step," and another for my role on the organizing committee.
Research Mentorship: Throughout August, I served as the Scientific Head for the CSU Educational Program, where I moderated deep-dive sessions on identifying research gaps, scientific writing, and soft skills for healthcare leaders.
Judging and Quality: My commitment to high standards was furthered through my role as a judge for the AZ-RISE Round 2 initiative and my training in the "New Beginning for Quality Assurance of Education" workshop.
The Road Ahead
Achieving my first citation is more than just a number; it is a testament to the "Exceptional Aptitude" recognized early in my journey by the EPSF. Whether I am presenting on heart failure at the ESC Congress 2025 or guiding students through their first research project, the goal is always to deliver "Elegance in Every Touch".
I hope this is just the beginning of a long and fruitful journey in scientific discovery. May our knowledge continue to increase and be used for the benefit of our patients and the profession.
"I joined the ranks of H-index... entering the world of H-index is strange. May this not be the last research, and may this be just the beginning. ❤️🙏" — October 4, 2025
